Ils peuvent directement voir les candidats disponibles, géo localisés.De leurs côtés, les candidats peuvent voir le marché de l’emploi en naviguant parmi les offres d’emploi diffusées sur VisionJob.
Ils sont aussi automatiquement alertés pour les nouvelles offres qui correspondes à leurs profiles.
D’un simple coup de doigt, le candidat indique s’il est ou pas intéressé par une offre.
Et sil est intéressé , le matching est effectué et le recruteur peut le contacter.VisionJob is a reconciliation of application of candidates to recruiters.
Recruiters submit their ads and their jobs, which are automatically dispatcher on smartphones candidates satisfying search criteria.
They can directly see the available candidates, geo located.For their part, candidates can see the job market by browsing through the job vacancies advertised on VisionJob.
They are also automatically alerted to new deals that correspondes their profiles.
With a simple finger swipe, the applicant indicates whether it is or not interested in an offer.
