Ils peuvent directement voir les candidats disponibles, géo localisés.De leurs côtés, les candidats peuvent voir le marché de l’emploi en naviguant parmi les offres d’emploi diffusées sur VisionJob. Ils sont aussi automatiquement alertés pour les nouvelles offres qui correspondes à leurs profiles. D’un simple coup de doigt, le candidat indique s’il est ou pas intéressé par une offre. Et sil est intéressé , le matching est effectué et le recruteur peut le contacter.VisionJob is a reconciliation of application of candidates to recruiters.
